Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–10 business days after payment confirmation.

For customized products, large-volume orders, or products requiring special production arrangements, processing time may take 7–20 business days. Our sales team will notify you if additional processing time is required.

CarbonFiberLine primarily ships orders via international express couriers, including:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • TNT (where available)

Shipping methods are selected based on destination, package size, and delivery efficiency.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated transit times are:

  • North America: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 3–8 business days

  • Other Regions: 7–15 business days

Receiving Your Shipment

Please carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery.

We strongly recommend that you:

  1. Check the outer packaging for any visible damage.

  2. Open and inspect the goods in the presence of the carrier whenever possible.

  3. Refuse delivery or note any damage with the carrier if the products arrive visibly damaged.

Failure to report shipping damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to process transportation-related claims.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
